Do you change your mind? NO PROBLEM! 🙂 You can return your jacket within 14 days after delivery for a REFUND or EXCHANGE.

We only offer a REFUND or EXCHANGE if the item is in brand new condition. Any item in worn condition will not be considered for a refund or exchange.

IF YOU REQUIRE AN EXCHANGE:

You are accountable for the shipping expenses to return your order to us.

Please use a postage service that requires a signature because the returned item is your responsibility until we take delivery of it.

IF YOU REQUIRE A REFUND:

Once we receive the jacket we will refund you the price of the jacket minus shipping cost (Spain: 10€ – European Union: 20€ – Rest of the World: 25€) within 14 days from the date we receive the returned jacket.

Please email info@55collection.com with your order number clearly stated in the subject box if you want to return your jacket.

*Our returns & exchange policy does not apply to CUSTOM WORKS jackets, tailor made jackets and personalized jackets.

Of course you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped it is difficult for the team to re-arrange delivery but in either circumstance contact us and we will see what we can do!

Yes of course! Not a problem, just simply select a separate delivery address in the check out.

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email along with a consignment number and link to track the status of your parcel.

On orders outside of the EU there may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that 55 Collection is not liable for so please note that you will be responsible for paying a customs duty | Excise duty and | or import VAT that may arise at the delivery destination.
