How do I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange an item for any reason contact with us.

To exchange your item please email with your order number clearly stated in the subject box.

Please explain the reason for your exchange and a member of our sales team will get back to you within 24 hours.

When returning an item to us please use a postage service that requires a signature. The returned item is your responsibility until we take delivery of it.

Please ensure you enclose the order number that starts with PKL in the parcel with the return otherwise we will not know who the return is from and will not be able to process the refund.

Please note the security tag MUST be still attached for any exchange .

Once the exchange is processed you will receive an email confirmation from our team.

Can I cancel my order?

To cencel your item please email with your order number clearly stated in the subject box.

Can I change my delivery address?

Of course you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped it is difficult for the team to re-arrange delivery but in either circumstance contact us and we will see what we can do!

Can I have my order delivered to another address than my billing address?

Yes of course! Not a problem, just simply select a separate delivery address in the check out.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free Shipping Worldwide.

How do I track my parcel?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email along with a consignment number and link to track the status of your parcel.

Will I be charged tax or duty?

On orders outside of the EU there may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that 55 Collection is not liable for so please note that you will be responsible for paying a customs duty | Excise duty and | or import VAT that may arise at the delivery destination.
